It operates 72 stores bearing the Zain brand across the kingdom. We adhere to Zain's brand policies, standards, and guidelines. We take pride in offering Zain's products and services, handling over 30,000 transactions daily, including sales of mobile phones, mobile internet devices, activation of voice and data service packages, sale of recharge cards (MNP) for credit and data, and providing service transfer for service providers.

We also provide in our managed stores a comprehensive range of after-sales services to our customers, including device setup and configuration, bill payment, SIM card replacement, package changes, and other related services.

Problems that cannot be resolved immediately are escalated through the Customer Service Management System using a Service Level Agreement (SLA), and through close follow-up with customers to ensure service resolution and customer satisfaction.
