Al Sadoun Carpet Factories

It consists of 7 machines for manufacturing carpets with different specifications and various types of carpets for luxury hotels, mosques, and household carpet pieces, with an annual production capacity of approximately 2 million square meters per year. Additionally, the carpet factory includes cotton spinning machines with a production capacity of 500 tons annually.

The factory consists of the following departments: Design Department, Carpet Department, Moquette Department, Moquette Tile Department, Dyeing Department, Axminster Carpet Department, Finishing Department, Quality Control Laboratory Department, and Shipping Department.

Al Sadoun Carpet & Printed Carpet Factories

The carpet factories, including printed carpets, are among the best and most advanced in the region.

The factory consists of 20 diversified weaving machines with a production capacity reaching 45 million square meters. Production varies across several types:

Printed Carpet Section

The printed carpet factory consists of the latest machines in the Kingdom and the Middle East.

Possibly unique in owning this advanced technology, this factory has emerged to meet the diverse market needs for the finest types of printed carpets.

The factory consists of a modern production line for producing digitally printed carpets with high precision of up to 1600 dpi. It has an annual production capacity of 10 million square meters with unlimited designs and unlimited color gradients. This is done in coordination with customers and market demand.

 

Al Sadoun Industrial Yarn Factories

It consists of 8 diverse production lines for manufacturing polypropylene and nylon yarns with a production capacity ranging from 30 to 40 tons per day. Additionally, there are two TWIST yarn production lines with a capacity of 2500 tons per day each, used in various specifications for carpet and rug manufacturing. Moreover, there are HEATSET&FRIEZE production lines with a capacity of 3000 tons per day each for yarn production.

Master Patch Factory (Thread Colorants) MASTER BATCH

It consists of two production units: the first for samples and the second for the final product, with a production capacity of 2 tons per day. This allows for the production of multiple colors based on local and international customer demand, with a gradient of up to 250 colors.
