Signing of MOUs between Twelve Saudi Companies and the Iraq Development Fund to Enhance Investment Cooperation

In the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammed Tamim, His Excellency the Saudi Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih, and His Excellency the CEO of the Iraq Development Fund, the Saudi Ministry of Investment witnessed the signing of Memorandums of Understanding between twelve Saudi companies and the Iraq Development Fund. These MOUs aim to enhance cooperation between the two countries in several quality investment projects aimed at supporting economic growth and developing infrastructure in the brotherly Republic of Iraq.

This step comes within the framework of enhancing economic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq, where participating Saudi companies seek to contribute to strategic projects encompassing diverse fields such as energy, transportation, housing, and healthcare. These agreements are expected to contribute to achieving sustainable development and creating new job opportunities in Iraq, in addition to strengthening the economic partnership between the two countries.
